There is no tool for the development more effective than the empowerment of women. So, we are focusing on rural women and their employment so they can earn and become self-sufficient which can help them to improve their status. We provide employment opportunities to women in rural area through Pragat Mahila Gruhudyog. By providing permanent employment opportunities to needy women in rural and urban areas in terms of economic empowerment is our aim. At present more than 500 women are employed under the project and they can contribute financially to their families. They can work from home in this project so can take care of their family as well children. We also stalled the product in various exhibition. Urban and rural grocery stores, hotels, caterers, individual consumers provide market for this project. We maintained all hygiene and quality while production. As well don’t use any harmful content. Due to this project common women can access financial empowerment at home. There is no need to step out for employment opportunity. There is no any educational qualification require for this opportunity and skill can easily acquire by practice of few days. We organized tree plantation program and study material distribution through our papad udyog.
